Skeleton Table

I have a test with a completely skeleton table to be filled in. The column headings are “Alike” and “Different”. I’ve put a TN stating that the table does not show a certain number of rows to be filled in. How many rows of long dashes, if any, would I put in this skeleton?

Braille Formats Rule 8 §9 (Update 2007) says to limit the skeleton to two blank rows.
