Help needed! We are looking for recommendations for a copier/printer that can process Swell Touch Paper without jamming, puffing, etc. Our 20-year-old copier has decided to retire on us! What is everyone using? Thank you for any assistance with this.
We have found a solution to this issue, the copier company technician was able to come out and work with us to adjust the settings on our common copier/printer/scanner. So far, so good we are able to place the microcapsule paper directly into the bypass tray and copy our tactile graphic images directly onto the paper. No jamming to date!
