How do I learn to do the e-text files for the JAWS program. who do i contact.

I am sorry for not getting back sooner. I just arrived home from an extended vacation. I will check around and see if others can help me answer you.
My understanding with JAWS is that it reads whatever is on the screen. I am familiar with the linear braille code found on the BANA site. Could you help me look by being more specific with what you mean by e-text? Are you trying to do e-mail? Downloadable books? etc?

I am interest in doing the Word files from the publisher files/or pdfs in
ASCII, for the JAWs program to read for the blind student. This is all I
know of a this time.
An agency asked if I could do e-text in the word.doc in ASCII. Any help
would be great.
