Looking for some clarification on BF 17.7.2 and 17.7.3, which suggest different formatting for vocabulary lists with definitions.  17.7.2c says that if an entry + translation is too long for one line, the entry should be 1-5 and the translation in 3-5.  17.7.3 aligns by entry word, using nested margins for subentries.  I don’t see the distinction – when would 17.7.2 apply over 17.7.3?  The wording suggests that the presence of articles etc. before the entry word means 17.7.3 should be used, but example 17-1 has articles and is placed with 17.7.2.

I would say to use 17.7.3 whenever there are articles. It appears to me that Example 17-1 is not consider the “el” as an article. I will make a note of this for our next committee discussion.
