general reference indicator

Hi!
In the UEB, the general reference indicator 77 is missing is it normal?
The check mark is missing too??? I’ve only the radical without viniculum! Is it normal?

The checkmark in UEB is dots 5, 146 and can be found in section 8.3 of the Guidelines for Technical Material.

There is no general reference indicator in UEB. The BANA Braille Formats Committee will be addressing this issue in the update.

So the check mark is the radical without vinculum!
