Perky Duck Error

When I click to open Perky Duck, it gives me an error about the emobosser (which this computer is not and has not been connected to an embosser). I click ok, and Perky Duck pops up. However, when I click on anything else, I get the Windows erorr and Perky Duck closes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have been unable to replicate this error. My best suggestion is to call or e-mail Duxbury and ask them for assistance. I know they will be more help.
