Perky Duck not printing…

Hi everyone…I’m trying to print out the final exercise that I did from a lesson…proofread it, etc. but everytime I do an error pops up saying “printing failed.” My sister who is in a different state and also learning braille has had the same thing happen to her. Any thoughts? I’m using the free version of PD.

I just downloaded Perky Duck on my computer, printed and had no problems. You might check you printer settings, and be sure that you are sending to the right printer.
Other than that I don’t know. I would suggest contacting the folks at Duxbury to see if they can help you. Sorry.
